We bought our home here 11 years ago, and we love the community and time we get to spend here. I am a resident of Arizona and we also own a home in Fountain Hills. I'm a registered Civil Engineer in the State of Arizona, and have extensive experience with floodpains, developers, and the various components of wastewater including collection, pumps, controls, and treatment methods. Previously, we lived in Lincoln, Nebraska and during that time lived in a community outside of City limits that had its own designated wastewater treatment plant. I served on our HOA Board and provided oversight for the WWTP. Additionally, I have experience working with public agencies relative to compliance and attorneys related to lawsuits. We have a wonderful commumity filled with wonderful people, and my wife and I consider buying this place one of the best decisions we have ever made. I would love to help our community work through some of the issues we are facing.
